Our main method for finding staff is open competition advertised in press and internet facilities. Our job seekers database enable additional search and so-called “combined” searces - open search with database search and/or executive search. The latter is mostly used for finding top specialists and top managers (J.Friisberg & Partners).

Database search is mostly used together with advertised search as a complementary facility for finding certain specialists. Consultant sifts out candidates from the database with most suitable parameters to the search profile, informs and motivates them to participate in the contest. Clients do not have access to our database, mostly because of the security of people data protection.

Executive search is used to find top specialists and managers. Collaboration with J.Friisberg & Partners provides search of high international standard.

Conducting quality searches for our Clients we find important:

  • choosing the right media channels for advertising; adequate and eloquent formulation of the job advertisement

To recruit a manager or specialist for a company, the client (employer) should prepare:

  • a job description
  • requirements for applicants (educational level, competencies and expected personality)
  • information about the career opportunities and complementary training offered by the employer, remuneration conditions, etc.

Recruitment procedures

The most usual open search procedures for finding 3-5 candidates for the vacancy of the client.

  • Agreeing on the task with the client, preparation of a job description, specification of methods to be used
  • Design of advertisements, announcement of competition in the press
  • Notification of applicants about the company and the job offered
  • Recording the personal details of applicants, first-round interviews
  • Initial selection of applicants
  • Assessment of candidates by psychological tests and questionnaires
  • Structured interviews
  • Obtaining recommendations for final-round applicants, background investigation
  • Analysis and comparison of results
  • Arranging a meeting between the client and the final-round applicants (3-5 applicants for a job)
  • Guarantee period: follow-up the managing of the selected person from 4-6 months depending on the position

The procedure usually takes 4- 5 weeks.
