Outplacement - the purpose of this service is to
terminate employment of a person in such a manner as to safeguard the
reputation of the organisation and its staff and to support the outplaced
person in finding a new job.
Consultants help companies to take unpleasant decisions more smoothly,
to maintain a positive reputation and improve the work ethic and
motivation within the organisation.
The outplaced employee will be able to maintain self-confidence, he or
she will be provided professional guidance and support in coping with a
major change.
The consultant helps the outplaced person to:
- overcome the crisis caused by the loss of job;
- assess his or her suitability for a new
job;
- find ways to search for a new job (inclusion in
the information database of ARIKO ReServ is possible);
- prepare a CV and select recommenders;
- prepare for a job interview;
- select from among different job offers.
The support programme can be either individual or for a group.
